Willamette Community Management (formerly DLS Associates) is a consulting firm for Homeowner Associations. Willamette Community Management acts as the “community manager” for many homeowner associations. This involves financial management of the community, monitoring the physical condition of the association, as well as facilitating contract negotiations with vendors for required work in the community.
